1. Pricing
Our products and prices are subject to change. Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Whilst we try to ensure that prices on the website are acurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel your order. The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable taxes including VAT.
2. Availability
All goods and services are subject to availability. Any product stock or availability information supplied on the website is an estimate only.
3. Delivery
Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price.
All orders over £50 to mainland UK are free of delivery costs. All orders under £50 will incur a standard delivery cost of £7.99 unless stated otherwise. Smaller items such as fish foods etc may have custom delivery costs to keep our prices low.
Delivery to the Highlands and Islands is not included in the free delivery and a delivery will incur a charge of £15.99 paid via paypal once order is placed.

Any goods, services or information displayed on this website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy products or services on the website. No warranties or representations are made about any goods other than as expressly contained in this website. To the extended permissable by law all implied terms, whether by statute or otherwise, are excluded.
Live Stock Guarantee
All our livestock is quarantined and health checked before sale. Although we endeavour to only sell livestock of the highest quality, fish can be affected by the stress of transportation.
Therefor we offer a 7 day guarantee on all of our livestock. Under the guarantee we offer a replacement of equivalent value or credit against other purchases and a proof of purchases and a water sample from the pond, to be tested, will be needed.
We do not issue refunds for livestock.
