Air Pumps and Skimmers

Pond Skimmers

Skimmers clear the floating debris, scum and foam from the surface of your pond, keeping it looking silky smooth! Whilst also providing a visual benefit, the removal of this debris stops it from clogging up the pump, rotting in the pond, and skimmers also pull oxygen into the water. This contributes to the maintenance of a healthy pond ecosystem and water quality! We stock two skimmers: the Oase AquaSkim and the Oase SwimSkim. AquaSkims are perfect if you have a spare pump or a dual water inlet pump (such as the Oase Aquamax Eco Premium range), whereas the SwimSkim comes with its own pump!

Oase AquaSkim

The AquaSkim offers powerful suction of up to 40 m2 pond surface and adapts to water level changes of up to 120 mm – making it an effective addition to the entire filter system. It is worth the effort: significantly better water quality and visibility depth through direct dirt extraction from the surface.

Oase SwimSkim

Powerful suction of up to 50 m2 pond surface; significantly better water quality and visibility depth due to direct dirt removal on the surface. These models do not require a separate pump and are therefore ideal for retrofitting. They enrich the pond water with additional oxygen thanks to the integrated oxygen injector and are easy to handle. They prove to be especially flexible when water level fluctuations occur.

Air Pumps

Garden ponds stocked with fish, koi in particular, need more oxygen in the water. This helps to keep the fish healthy, even as temperatures rise. Higher oxygen levels boosts oxygen-activated microflora, resulting in improved ammonium, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate degradation rates.

Oase AquaOxy

The AquaOxy range provide powerful and reliable pond aeration that is capable of satisfying even professional requirements. The compact dimensions of the AquaOxy Range allow them to be stored discreetly next to your pond technology. The sturdy metal housing provides splash-water protection in accordance with protection class IP44. These air pumps have a low power consumption and their quiet motor technology provides reliable and long-term operation.
